Refund Policy – Optimum Pug Home

At Optimum Pug Home, the health and happiness of our puppies—and the satisfaction of their new families—are our highest priorities. We take pride in raising each puppy with the best care, and we want every adoption experience to be joyful and worry-free.

1. Deposits

  • Deposits placed to reserve a puppy are non-refundable, as they secure your chosen puppy and remove it from availability to other families.

2. Health Guarantee

  • Every puppy leaves our home with a full veterinary health check, vaccination record, and microchip.

  • If a licensed veterinarian finds a serious, life-threatening health issue within 7 days of purchase, we will:

    • Offer a full refund OR

    • Provide a replacement puppy (if available), at the buyer’s choice.

3. Change of Mind

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind once the puppy has been collected or delivered.

  • However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, we will always work with you to find the best solution for the puppy’s welfare, including helping to rehome the puppy if needed.

4. Transportation & Delivery

  • Transportation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If travel arrangements are cancelled due to airline or courier issues, we will assist in rescheduling but cannot guarantee refunds on third-party costs.

5. Ongoing Commitment

  • Our relationship doesn’t end at adoption. We provide lifetime support and guidance to ensure your Pug thrives in its new home.
